Logo Patch Iron-On
An iron-on embroidered patch. A patch solves a problem direct embroidery cannot: you order the logo once and apply it to whatever garment a customer actually brings, so a single run covers jackets, caps and bags instead of committing you to one blank.
Who stocks logo patches
Workwear suppliers, clubs and retailers who sell a mix of garments order these and apply them as needed. A motorcycle or scout club gives members a patch for their own jackets. A uniform shop keeps a box on hand to put on whatever the next crew orders. A brand adds them to its online store as a low-cost item.
Designing for embroidery at patch size
The patch is embroidered, so your logo is rendered in thread. Bold shapes, clear outlines and short text stitch cleanly. Very small lettering and fine gradients do not translate well, and may need to be simplified for the stitch file. Thread colors are chosen from your artwork, and the free proof shows the finished patch before production begins.

The early steps do the work. Moving from 50 to 200 cuts the all-in price by half. Past 500, extra volume barely changes the price, so order the stock you expect to use in a season or two.
About two weeks from proof to box
Patches are embroidered over 10 business days after proof approval, then shipped. For a club event or a store launch, ask for a quote three weeks before you need them in hand.
How is the patch applied?
It is an iron-on patch, so it is applied with heat to the garment.
Why is 100 patches still charged setup?
The run is $479.00, under the $500 threshold. Adding another item to the same order, or moving to 200, removes it.
