Artwork on a stretch tube

The gaiter is decorated by screen print or sublimation. Sublimation can cover the whole tube with a full-color pattern, which suits a race design or an all-over brand look. Screen print is the simpler route for a single logo in one or two colors. The fabric stretches when worn, so bold artwork reads better than fine detail. Decoration is quoted separately, and your free proof shows the layout.

One flat price, and where setup ends

There is no minimum, and the gaiter is $4.98 at every quantity.

• 50 gaiters: $298.00 with setup, about $5.96 each
• 100 gaiters: $547.00 with setup, about $5.47 each
• 200 gaiters: $996.00, setup waived

Note the 100-piece order. The run is $498.00, two dollars short of the waiver, so the setup is still charged. Adding a single gaiter, or any other item, pushes the order past $500 and actually lowers the total.

Does a bigger order lower the price?

Not per piece. The $4.98 price is flat, and the saving comes from the setup being waived once the order passes $500.
