A cold-weather giveaway that gets used

Scrapers work wherever winter brings frost: dealerships handing out service reminders, insurance agents doing a fall mailing, banks and credit unions at a community fair, ski shops and real estate agents with a seasonal touchpoint. The first frosty morning, it comes out of the glove box with your name on it.

Screen print or pad print on the blade

Both methods are offered. A one-color logo with a phone number or website is the classic layout. Pick an ink that contrasts with the scraper color so the mark reads from across a parking lot. Very small type tends to wear on a tool that gets dragged across ice, so keep text at a readable size. You approve a free proof first.

Setup until the order passes $500

At low quantities the $49 setup is part of the bill:

• 150 scrapers: $1.83 each, $323.50 with setup, about $2.16 each
• 250 scrapers: $1.71 each, $476.50 with setup, about $1.91 each
• 500 scrapers: $1.60 each, $800.00, setup waived
• 1,000 scrapers: $1.49 each
• 2,500 scrapers: $1.40 each

At 250 the run is $427.50, still short of the waiver. Going to 500 adds 250 scrapers for a modest extra cost and removes the setup, so for a winter-long campaign 500 is the value point.

Five-day production before the first frost

Production is about 5 business days after you approve the proof, plus shipping. Order in early fall so the scrapers are in hand before the first cold snap, when demand for them peaks.
