A slim mini first aid kit, thin enough for a bag or a back pocket. The 100-piece minimum is the lowest in our first aid group, which makes it workable for a small clinic, a scout troop, a youth league or a single event rather than only for large safety programs.

Who hands out pocket first aid kits

Insurance agencies, safety departments, outdoor outfitters, schools, camps, sports leagues and healthcare providers order them. They fit a glove box, a backpack or a gym bag, and they get opened when someone actually needs a bandage, which makes the brand associated with a helpful moment.

Artwork on a slim case

Screen print gives a crisp one or two color logo; full-color print handles detailed or multicolor artwork. The front of the kit is compact, so a logo plus a phone number or a short line is about the limit. Your free proof shows the layout at actual size.

Pricing, 100 to 1,000 kits

• 100 kits: $2.16 each, $216.00 plus $49 setup, $265.00 total, about $2.65 each
• 250 kits: $1.76 each, $440.00 plus setup, $489.00 total
• 500 kits: $1.69 each, $845.00, setup waived
• 1,000 kits: $1.63 each, $1,630.00

The big drop comes at 250, where the unit price falls 40 cents. At that tier the order is still under $500, so the setup applies and the kits cost about $1.96 each. At 500 the setup is waived and the price is $1.69.

Fifteen business days, plan ahead

Production runs about 15 business days after proof approval, roughly three weeks, plus shipping. Order ahead of a season, a camp start or a safety week rather than a week out.
