6-Panel Baseball Cap
A 6-panel structured cap with a pre-curved visor and an adjustable snapback closure. It has the widest price spread of any cap we carry, from $8.85 at 25 pieces down to $3.16 at 10,000, so the quantity you pick matters more here than on almost any other headwear item.
Embroidery or a patch on a structured front
The structured front panel holds its shape, which gives embroidery or a sewn patch a firm surface to sit on. Embroidery reads best with bold shapes and short text. A patch is the better route for fine detail, small lettering or a badge-style design. Embroidered headwear is made to order, and the stitch file has to be produced first, so your free proof is where size and thread colors get settled.

- 25 caps: $8.85 each, $286.25 with the $65 setup, about $11.45 per piece
- 50 caps: $6.92 each, $411.00 with setup, about $8.22 per piece
- 100 caps: $6.86 each, $686.00, setup waived
- 500 caps: $5.42 each, $2,710.00
- 10,000 caps: $3.16 each
Between 50 and 100 the unit price barely moves, yet 100 caps pass $500 and drop the setup. If you are close to 50, the 100 tier doubles what you hand out for a small step up in total. The next real price cut comes at 500.
Lead time is the constraint
Production runs about 20 business days after proof approval, the longest in our cap range, and shipping is added after that. Work back a full month from your event date, and longer before a holiday.
Reorders and extra positions
Your artwork stays on file for two years, so a reorder of the same design carries no setup charge. Unit prices are for one position and one color. Extra colors, side or back positions and PMS matching are quoted separately in your written quote.
Is 25 caps worth it at that price?
For a small crew, yes. For a giveaway, 100 or more is where this cap becomes a bargain.
