Sun Hat (Wide Brim)
A lightweight, water-resistant sun hat in 100% polyester with mesh panels, side air vents, a 3.2 inch wide brim and an adjustable chin strap. The vents and mesh keep it from turning into an oven on a hot day, and the strap holds it on in wind or on a boat. Head size adjusts from 21.5 to 23.63 inches, so one size covers most adults and you avoid sorting sizes.

Between 100 and 1,000 the price changes very little. The large drop sits at 3,000, which suits a tour company or a crew outfitter buying for a full season across many sites. For a 50-hat order, adding two more hats pushes the run past $500 and removes the setup.
