Headlamp

A plastic LED headlamp, 3.3 x 3.3 x 1.8 inches, on a lightweight adjustable headband that comes off for washing. It runs up to 45 hours on low and 3 hours on high, and the body is water-resistant and impact-resistant. It takes 3 AAA batteries, which are not included.

Small face, clear logo

Pad print and laser engraving are the two methods listed. The front of the lamp is about 3.3 inches across, so a short logo or a single-word brand name reads best. The step from 500 to 1,000 is the one to notice. The per-lamp price falls by more than a dollar, so a 1,000-piece order costs well under twice what 500 does. Every tier clears $500, which means no $49 setup at any quantity.

Five business days

Expect production to take about 5 business days after the artwork is approved, then transit. Remind recipients to pick up AAA batteries, or plan to supply them yourself.

Can the headband be washed?

Yes. It removes from the lamp for washing.
