Spiral Notebook + Pen Set
A spiral notebook supplied together with a pen. That sounds obvious until you have handed out notebooks at an event and watched everyone ask to borrow something to write with. Pairing the two means the set is usable the second it is opened, and the spiral binding lets the book lie flat on a table, which a glued notebook will not do until it has been broken in.
