Weekly Planner

A weekly planner with a wire binding. Anything laid out by week is only useful for the year it covers, so this is the one item in our office range where timing is everything. Planners are bought in the fall for the following year; one ordered after December is paying full price for a shortened useful life.

Leadership teams and client lists

The 50-piece minimum makes a planner workable for a leadership team, a board or a short list of top clients rather than only a mass mailing. Financial advisors, insurance agencies, real estate brokerages and professional services firms send it as a year-end gift because it sits on the recipient’s desk all year.

Why the wire binding matters on a diary

A wire binding lets the planner open completely flat and fold back on itself, so a week stays open on the desk without being held. On a book someone writes in every day, that is the difference between use and abandonment. We confirm the page layout, the dated range and the cover material on your written quote.

Cover decoration

Choose screen print, deboss or foil stamp for the cover. Debossing gives a quiet, pressed-in mark suited to an executive gift; foil stamping adds a metallic shine; screen print reproduces a flat brand color. A one-color mark in one position is part of the tier price, and foil or extra colors are priced with the job. A free proof of the cover is sent before production.

Almost no volume discount

Pricing is $12.02 at 50, $11.85 at 250, $11.65 at 500 and $11.49 at 1,000, only about a 4% spread. The 50-piece order is $601.00, which clears $500 and removes the $55 setup. There is nothing to gain by buying extra; order the number of names on the list.

Ten business days, ordered by fall

Production takes approximately 10 business days after proof approval, then shipping. For holiday delivery, settle the order by early November so the planners arrive before the year they cover begins.

When should we order planners for next year?

In the fall. Arriving in December gives recipients the full year of use.

Can the same cover be reused next year?

Yes. The artwork is held for two years, and reordering the same cover design carries no setup.
