Inflatable Beach Ball
A 16-inch transparent inflatable beach ball. It is far larger than the mini ball, and the clear panels make a printed logo read from across a pool deck or a crowd. For a few cents more per piece than the small ball, you get a great deal more printable surface, and a ball that gets batted around a beach puts your name in the air rather than in a bag.
Resorts, summer tours and activations
Resorts, summer tours and outdoor brand activations are the usual buyers. A resort throws them into the pool on theme nights, a concert tour bounces them over the crowd between sets, and a brand team hands them out at a beach or festival activation. They also show up at company picnics, school field days and summer camps.
A logo on clear panels
Decoration is screen print. On a transparent ball the logo seems to float, so a solid, bold mark in a strong color reads best; thin or pale artwork can disappear against the sky. Keep the design to one panel or repeat it on opposite panels so it shows from more angles. You see the ball panels laid out on a free proof before printing.
The setup line at 250 balls
The two smallest tiers carry the $49 setup:
- 150 balls: $1.98 each, $346.00 with setup, about $2.31 each
- 250 balls: $1.87 each, $516.50 with setup, about $2.07 each
- 500 balls: $1.77 each, $885.00, setup waived
- 1,000 balls: $1.70 each
- 2,500 balls: $1.66 each
At 250 the run is $467.50, just under $500, so the setup still applies even though the order total passes $500. Adding 18 more balls clears the line on the run itself, and 500 removes any doubt while costing less per ball.
About seven business days
Production runs about 7 business days after proof approval, then shipping. For a summer kickoff or a Fourth of July event, request the quote three weeks ahead.
