Vinyl Sticker Sheet 3 Inch x 5 Inch
A 3 inch by 5 inch vinyl sticker sheet, printed full color. The sheet format lets you fit several small stickers on one piece instead of ordering each shape on its own, which makes it the cheapest way to get a mix of designs out of one print run. Vinyl is the right stock when the sticker will be handled a lot or end up outdoors, because paper labels lift at the edges and fade.
Who buys sheets instead of single stickers
Trade stand teams, skate and outdoor shops, bands and political or cause campaigns buy these in volume. Site teams use them too, to mark helmets, tool cases and equipment with a logo, a phone number and a safety reminder all on the same sheet.
Laying out art for a 3×5 sheet
Because it is full-color print, gradients, photos and many colors cost nothing extra. Think of the sheet as a small canvas: a large main logo plus two or three smaller shapes is a common layout. Leave some space between the pieces so each design reads on its own. Send vector art or a high resolution file, and the free proof will show the arrangement before anything prints.
A very deep price ladder

Look at 250 against 500. The bigger order costs less than a hundred dollars more, doubles the sheets and drops the setup. For anything you will hand out over a season, 500 is usually the smarter starting count.
Turnaround on a print run
Sheets are printed in about 5 business days once your proof is signed off, then shipped. Plan roughly two weeks ahead of a show or launch.
