V-Neck T-Shirt

Who starts with a 10-piece v-neck order

A 10-piece minimum is unusually low for a decorated garment. Boutiques testing a design, salons and small teams that want a softer neckline than a crew, and anyone proofing an idea before committing to a large run tend to start here. It also suits a staff that wears the tee under a blazer or a work jacket.

Print placement on a v-neck

The shirt can be screen printed or printed direct-to-garment. Direct-to-garment is usually the better fit for a 10 or 20 piece order, since it skips separate screens for each color. Screen print pays off on larger runs with a one or two color design. The v opening sits lower than a crew, so a large front print may need to start a little lower on the chest. Decoration is quoted separately, and your free proof settles the exact position.

Cost at 10, 100 and beyond

At the 10-piece minimum the blank is $16.90 each. That is $169.00, and with the $50 setup the total is $219.00, about $21.90 a shirt. At 100 the price drops to $12.62, about 25% less, and the $1,262.00 run clears $500 so setup is waived. From there it moves slowly: $12.00 at 500 ($6,000.00), $9.20 at 3,000 and $9.00 at 10,000.

There is no tier between 10 and 100. If your order is somewhere in the middle, ask us to price both ends so you can compare.

Twelve business days of production

Production takes 12 business days after proof approval, and shipping is on top. Plan on about four weeks between your first request and having shirts in hand.

Yes. Checking fit and print on a small run before a bigger order is exactly what the low minimum is for.
