Convention Tote Bag
A lightweight convention tote bag, the bag a delegate gets at registration so they have somewhere to put the program, the water bottle and everything they pick up on the show floor. The reason to choose it over a heavier shopper is speed: with about three business days of production, it can still be reordered when the attendee count moves two weeks before the doors open.
Conferences, expos and orientation
Conference and expo organizers are the core buyers, along with universities running orientation and associations holding an annual meeting. Exhibitors also order them to hand out at their own booths, because a branded bag gets carried around the hall all day.
Screen print or full color
Screen print is the standard for a bold one-color logo, and full-color print is available for detailed or multi-color artwork. Extra colors or a second imprint position are quoted with the job. A big logo on one face, or an event name and sponsor list, works well on a tote this size. You will see the tote layout on a free proof before printing.
Pricing for 250, 500 and 1,000

The 250-bag minimum already lands past $500, so the $56 setup is waived at every tier listed. The step from 250 to 1,000 trims thirty cents a bag, which adds up for a large expo but not for a small meeting.
Three business days
Production is about 3 business days after you approve the proof, then shipping. Order once registration numbers are stable, and add a small overage for walk-ins and staff.
Can I add sponsor logos?
Yes. With full-color print, an event logo and sponsor marks can share the bag; extra imprint positions are quoted.
