Decoration is embroidery or full-color print. Embroidery gives a stitched mark that suits a travel accessory and holds up to being packed and unpacked. Full-color print is the choice for a detailed or multicolor logo. A one-color mark in one position is part of the tier price; extra colors or a second spot are added to the quote. Each tier takes 50 cents off, for about a 16% spread from first to last. The 100-bag minimum is well above $500, so the $65 setup is waived on every order. The real question is whether you need 100 or 500; beyond that you are buying stock to store.

Six days in production

Production takes roughly 6 business days after the proof is signed off, then the bags ship. For a conference room drop, have the order placed three weeks before attendees arrive.

Can we match it with a duffel in the same order?

Yes. Both can be decorated with the same artwork and quoted together.

Is setup charged again when we reorder?

Not on the same design. Artwork is held on file for two years.
