Fleece, softshell and puffer vests for leadership teams, field staff and client gifts. A vest is the layer that photographs well on a team, works over a button-down or a polo, and gets worn across three seasons, which is why it has become the default corporate jacket for so many companies. Pick the fabric by where it will be worn. Puffer vests are the warmest and read as premium outdoor wear. Softshell vests block wind and light rain and look sharper at the office. Fleece vests are the most affordable and the most casual. Embroidery is the standard decoration, usually on the left chest, with an optional second location on the back yoke. Quilted puffer panels limit how large a logo can be, so keep chest marks compact or ask for a smooth chest panel. Order a size run rather than guessing, and remember that women's cuts are fitted and usually worth offering alongside the unisex version. Minimum order quantities are set per item, typically 100 to 250 pieces.
