20 oz Cycle Bottle with Flip Top Cap
A squeezable cycle bottle with a flip-top cap that opens with one hand. The body is the sport shape sized for a standard bike cage, which makes it a different tool from a rigid tumbler: you drink from it mid-ride or between sets without stopping to unscrew anything.
Rides, races, gyms and youth leagues
Cycling clubs, charity rides and race organizers put these in rider packets because the bottle drops straight into the cage. Gyms hand them to new members, and youth sports programs order a season’s worth for every player. In all of those settings a hard bottle with a screw lid is awkward, and this one is not.
Printing on a squeeze bottle
Decoration options are pad print and full-color print. Pad print is the economical route for a one-color logo, and the tier prices already include one color in one position. Full-color print handles a gradient, a photo or a multicolor club crest; extra colors or a second position are priced into your quote. Because the body flexes when squeezed, a bold mark holds up better than fine lines. Your free proof shows the placement before production.
The volume bottle in the range
At $2.60 each for 200, this is the least expensive way we carry to put a logo on a reusable bottle instead of a disposable cup. Pricing steps to $2.45 at 500 and $2.35 at 1,000, about a 10% spread.

Expect roughly 7 business days of production once the proof is approved, then shipping. For a race date or season opener, request the quote three to four weeks ahead.
Does a reorder of the same artwork carry setup?
No. We keep the artwork on file for two years, so the same design can be rerun without a setup charge.
Can I open the cap while riding?
That is the point of the flip-top. It opens with one hand, so riders drink without taking a hand off for long.
