Awards and recognition.
Service milestones, sales clubs and employee of the month. Recognition that gets displayed, or recognition that goes in a drawer.
The test for any award is whether the recipient puts it somewhere other people can see it. A trophy on a desk is a recurring, quiet piece of internal communication. One in a drawer cost you the same and does nothing.
Engraving is the whole product
An award with a company logo and nothing else is a paperweight. The name, the achievement and the date are what make it personal enough to keep. That means variable data — every piece different — so build extra time in and get the spellings confirmed by someone who knows the people, not pulled from a spreadsheet that has not been cleaned.
A misspelled name on an engraved award is the single most expensive small mistake in this category, because it cannot be corrected before the ceremony.
Tiers should look different
If five-year and twenty-year service get the same acrylic in different sizes, the twenty-year recipient notices. Change the material as the tier goes up — acrylic, then glass or metal, then something genuinely nice. The step change is the message.
Order the spares
Somebody always gets missed off the list, and a second order for one unit carries the full setup charge again. Add a few blanks to the run at the time — they cost almost nothing on top and they save an awkward month.

Before you order
Work backward from the date, not forward from today.
Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Give us the in-hands date first and we will tell you honestly what is achievable. See real production timelines or what rush actually costs.
