Birthday Party Favours

EVENTS · CELEBRATIONS

Birthday party favours.

Milestone parties and corporate birthdays. Small runs where the minimum order decides everything.

Two very different orders arrive under this heading: a private milestone party for thirty people, and a company marking twenty years in business. The second has a budget and a marketing purpose; the first is fighting minimum order quantities from the first phone call.

Minimums decide the shortlist

For a thirty-guest party, the question is not what looks best — it is which good items can be ordered at thirty units without the setup charge swallowing the budget. Cups, koozies and small drinkware tend to have workable minimums; most apparel and anything requiring a mould does not. Tell us the headcount first and we will filter to what is actually orderable.

Used during the party beats taken home

A printed cup or koozie in someone’s hand all evening ends up in the photographs and often goes home anyway. A favour bag on a table at the door frequently does not. If the budget only stretches to one thing, put it where the guests will be holding it.

Company anniversaries are a different brief

A twentieth-anniversary item is bought for staff and customers, not party guests, and it should look like a company milestone rather than a birthday. Dated drinkware and quality apparel work; balloons and novelty do not survive the office.

Before you order

Work backward from the date, not forward from today.

Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Give us the in-hands date first and we will tell you honestly what is achievable. See real production timelines or what rush actually costs.
