Rally towels and cold-weather goods sell
The reliable sellers are things people need at the game they are currently attending: rally towels, beanies, blankets, stadium cups. Anything bought to solve a problem in the moment moves at full price. General logo tees sell steadily but slowly, and they are what most clubs over-order.
Check the licensing
School marks, mascots and wordmarks are often licensed, and universities in particular enforce it. Confirm what your booster club is permitted to reproduce before artwork — this is the most common reason a spirit order gets stopped, and it is entirely avoidable with one email.
