Spring Promotional Items

EVENTS · SEASONAL

Spring campaign giveaways.

Trade show season, open houses, Earth Day and graduation lead-ins. Seeds, umbrellas and lighter apparel.

Spring is the busiest ordering season in promotional products, because trade shows, open houses, sports registration and graduation all land inside about ten weeks. It is also the season most likely to catch a buyer short on lead time.

Order against the weather you will actually get

Spring events are rained on more than any other season, and the giveaway that saves the day is an umbrella or a light packable jacket. Both also solve the awkward middle of the season, when it is too warm for a hoodie and too cold for a tee — a quarter-zip or long-sleeve performance shirt covers the whole range.

Green items make sense in April

Earth Day sits in the middle of the season, so recycled totes, bamboo drinkware, reusable straws and seed packets read as deliberate rather than opportunistic. If you make an environmental claim on the imprint, be specific about it — “made from recycled bottles” holds up, “eco-friendly” does not.

Order in January, not March

Every buyer in the country is ordering apparel and bags in the same six-week window, and that is when stock runs out on popular colours and decoration queues stretch. If your event is in April, art should be approved in February. Ask about stock levels on the specific colour and size run before you commit — substitutions in spring are common and rarely welcome.

Before you order

Work backward from the date, not forward from today.

Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Give us the in-hands date first and we will tell you honestly what is achievable. See real production timelines or what rush actually costs.
