Embroidery
49 products — Thread rather than ink. The finish people associate with a uniform or a corporate gift.
- Best for
- Polos, caps, fleece, bags — anywhere a printed logo would look cheap.
- Where it falls down
- Fine text under about a quarter-inch fills in. Gradients cannot be stitched.
- How it is priced
- Priced by stitch count, not by color — a two-color dense logo can cost more than a five-color simple one.

What to know about Embroidery
Your logo is converted into a stitch file before anything runs. A digitizer decides the direction, density and order of every stitch, because thread behaves nothing like ink. That file is the setup, it is charged once, and we keep it on file for two years — so a reorder is just thread and time.
Price follows stitch count, not color count. A dense two-color badge can cost more to run than an airy five-color one. If you want the number down, the lever is simplification — losing a drop shadow, opening up tight counters — not losing colors.
What does not work: text below roughly a quarter-inch tall closes up as the stitches crowd, and gradients cannot be stitched at all, only stepped. On fleece and knit the fabric moves under the needle, so fine detail softens further. We will tell you that before the run, not after.
Caps are their own job. The seam and the curve limit both the height and the width of what will sit flat on the front panel, and a logo that works on a polo often has to be redrawn for a hat.
Production runs 10–14 business days after proof approval. We supply the garments; we do not embroider customer-supplied goods.
