Screen Printing
104 products — The default for apparel at volume, and the cheapest per unit once the screens are made.
- Best for
- Flat, solid-color artwork on fabric — one to four colors.
- Where it falls down
- Priced per color per location, so a six-color logo gets expensive fast. Photographs do not screen-print well.
- How it is priced
- One-time screen charge, then a low per-piece rate that keeps falling with quantity.

What to know about Screen Printing
A screen is fine mesh stretched on a frame, blocked out everywhere your artwork is not. Ink gets pushed through what is left — one screen per color, one pass per color. That is the whole economy of the method: the screens cost the same whether you print forty shirts or four hundred, so the per-piece price falls hard as quantity climbs, and the setup is what you are really deciding about.
Send vector art if you have it: .ai, .eps or a layered .pdf. If all you have is a JPEG of your logo we can usually rebuild it, and that is worth doing once rather than living with soft edges on every reorder.
The mistake we see most often is picking the garment color first and the ink second. Light ink on a dark shirt needs an underbase — a white layer printed first so the color reads — and that underbase counts as a color. A two-color design on black is really three. Decide the shirt and the art together and you can often drop a screen.
Production runs 7–10 business days after you approve the proof. We source the garments ourselves; we do not print on blanks you supply.
