Quantity pricing
The more you run, the less each one costs
Setup is fixed and spreads across the run, which is why crossing a tier can lower your total even though you are buying more — and once the run clears $500 we drop the setup charge entirely. Pick a quantity to start a quote at that tier.
| Quantity | Unit price | Run cost | Setup | Estimated total | Quote |

| 150 Item minimum | $1.50 each | $225.00 | $49 | $274.00 | Quote this → |
| 250 | $1.45 each | $362.50 | $49 | $411.50 | Quote this → |
| 500 No setup | $1.40 each | $700.00 | Waived | $700.00 | Quote this → |

Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.
One-time screen charge, waived once an order reaches $500. Screens are kept two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Need a quantity between tiers, or above the top one? Ask and we will price it.
About this item
16 Inch Inflatable Basketball Beach Ball
This is a 16 inch inflatable beach ball printed to look like a basketball, so it ships and stores flat and inflates on site. That is the practical advantage over a real ball: you can put several hundred in a single carton, carry them to a venue by hand, and only inflate what the crowd actually takes. It is a crowd item rather than a piece of sports equipment.
Minimum order is 150 units and pricing runs from 1.30 to 1.50 each, with the best rate at 1000. Production takes about 7 business days. Buyers are usually school and college athletics departments, summer camps and family day organisers, plus promoters who need something large and visible in a crowd photo for almost nothing per head.
