Quantity pricing
The more you run, the less each one costs
Setup is fixed and spreads across the run, which is why crossing a tier can lower your total even though you are buying more — and once the run clears $500 we drop the setup charge entirely. Pick a quantity to start a quote at that tier.
| Quantity | Unit price | Run cost | Setup | Estimated total | Quote |

| 125 Item minimum | $1.39 each | $173.75 | $35 | $208.75 | Quote this → |
| 250 | $1.29 each | $322.50 | $35 | $357.50 | Quote this → |
| 500 No setup | $1.24 each | $620.00 | Waived | $620.00 | Quote this → |
| 1,000 No setup | $1.19 each | $1,190.00 | Waived | $1,190.00 | Quote this → |

Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.
One-time setup covering artwork prep and your proof, waived once an order reaches $500. Kept on file two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Need a quantity between tiers, or above the top one? Ask and we will price it.
About this item
Collapsible Fan
A collapsible hand fan that folds down to fit a pocket or a handbag between uses. Folding is the advantage over a flat fan, which has to be carried in the open all day and usually ends up left on a chair.
Minimum is 125 pieces at $1.09 to $1.39 each, with about 7 business days of production. Common at weddings, theme parks, concerts and tourism promotions.
