Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.
One-time file setup, waived once an order reaches $500. Your file is kept two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job.
