Quantity pricing

The more you run, the less each one costs

Setup is fixed and spreads across the run, which is why crossing a tier can lower your total even though you are buying more. Pick a quantity to start a quote at that tier.

Tiers marked Under $500 fall below our order minimum on their own. That is not a problem — the $500 minimum is per order, not per item, so most people reach it by combining a few items or moving up a tier. Tell us what the whole order looks like and we will price it together.

One-time setup covering artwork prep and your proof. Kept on file two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-colour imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colours, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Need a quantity between tiers, or above the top one? Ask and we will price it.

About this item

Lanyard & Badge Set

Why buy it as a set

Credentials get ordered as separate line items and that is where events go wrong. The lanyards arrive, the holders come from a different supplier a week later in a slightly different size, and the badge stock turns out to be a millimetre too wide for the sleeve. Someone spends the night before the event cutting cardstock with scissors.

Buying the set removes that. The holder is matched to the badge stock, the lanyard hardware is matched to the holder, and the artwork is set up once across both.

Holder types

Rigid plastic holders are the most durable and the most professional-looking. They protect the badge completely and are the right call for multi-day events and anything reused.

Soft vinyl sleeves are cheaper, lighter and flexible. They scratch and cloud with handling, which is fine for a single-day event.

Resealable holders let attendees swap an insert – useful when the same credential covers several days with different access levels.

Orientation matters more than it sounds. Portrait is standard for conferences. Landscape suits credentials that carry a lot of information or a wide sponsor row. Decide before printing, because the holder and the badge design have to agree.

Access control

If different attendees get different access – general, exhibitor, speaker, staff, press – use color-coded lanyards rather than only printing it on the badge. Security staff read a lanyard color across a room. They cannot read badge text until someone is already at the door.

That single decision does more for door control at a busy event than anything printed on the credential itself.

Quantities

Order 10 to 15 percent over your registration number. Attendees lose them, walk-ups happen, and staff need spares. Unused credentials cost you a few cents each. Running out at 9am on day one costs you the event.

Ordering

Send us the attendee tier structure and we will map the color coding. We cover up to 3% spoilage and keep artwork on file for two years, which matters here because most clients reorder every cycle.

Tell us the date that matters

Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Give us the in-hands date first and we will tell you honestly whether it lands — before you commit to anything.

Send this and we can quote

  • Quantity, and whether it can flex
  • Your logo — vector if you have it
  • Number of colours and where it goes
  • In-hands date and ship-to address
