Quantity pricing
The more you run, the less each one costs
Setup is fixed and spreads across the run, which is why crossing a tier can lower your total even though you are buying more — and once the run clears $500 we drop the setup charge entirely. Pick a quantity to start a quote at that tier.
| Quantity | Unit price | Run cost | Setup | Estimated total | Quote |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 Item minimum | $1.37 each | $137.00 | $35 | $172.00 | Quote this → |
| 250 | $1.29 each | $322.50 | $35 | $357.50 | Quote this → |
| 500 No setup | $1.29 each | $645.00 | Waived | $645.00 | Quote this → |
| 1,000 No setup | $1.29 each | $1,290.00 | Waived | $1,290.00 | Quote this → |
| 2,500 No setup Best unit price | $1.29 each | $3,225.00 | Waived | $3,225.00 | Quote this → |
Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.
One-time setup covering artwork prep and your proof, waived once an order reaches $500. Kept on file two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Need a quantity between tiers, or above the top one? Ask and we will price it.
About this item
Polyester Lanyard with Metal Crimp and Split Ring
This is a three quarter inch polyester lanyard finished with a metal crimp and a split ring, which is the attachment that actually matters. A split ring takes a badge holder, a key or a card reel and will not pop open in a crowd the way a plastic hook does, so you are not replacing broken lanyards halfway through a multi day event. The three quarter inch width also gives you enough room to read a printed name rather than just a logo mark.
Minimum order is 100 lanyards and pricing is 1.37 at the minimum then flat at 1.29 from 250 upward, so there is no benefit in ordering past 250 unless you need the stock. Production takes about 3 business days. Conference organisers, hospitals and schools are the usual buyers, along with anyone running staff and contractor access on a site.
