Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.

Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. An OTTO CAP five panel high crown mesh back trucker hat, ordered as a blank for decoration. The high crown is the detail that matters for branding: it gives a taller front panel than a standard cap, so a logo with two lines of text or a tall mark fits without being squeezed down to fit the seam.
