Setup is waived once the run reaches $500, and every tier tagged No setup is already past it. The $500 is measured per order, not per item, so an order combining a few products clears it even when no single line does. Tell us what the whole order looks like.
One-time digitizing charge, waived once an order reaches $500. Your stitch file is kept two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-color imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colors, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Work Cap (Brushed Twill)
This is a low crown cap in lightweight brushed cotton twill. Brushing the twill is what makes the difference you can feel: the surface is softer than standard twill and it takes embroidery cleanly without the stitching sitting proud of the fabric. The low crown also sits closer to the head, which most people find less conspicuous than a tall structured cap.
Minimum order is 48 caps and pricing runs from 6.00 to 7.25 each, with the best rate at 1008, so the ladder is shallow and a small order is not punished. Production is about 1 business day, which is as fast as embroidered headwear gets. Trades, breweries, cafes and small businesses buy these as everyday staff caps and as retail merchandise.
