Heavyweight fleece is the most forgiving garment in promotional apparel — it hides stitch density, holds a thick screen print without cracking, and people actually keep it. That last part matters more than anything on a spec sheet: a hoodie that gets worn for three winters is doing more for your brand per dollar than a thousand cheaper items in a drawer. Embroidery is the default here. On a 8-10oz fleece the stitches sit flat and read as premium, and left-chest logos are the safest placement. Screen printing works well for large front or back graphics, though on a pullover you lose the pocket area to distortion. Quarter-zips split the difference between casual and corporate and are the usual pick for client-facing teams. Minimum order quantities are set per item, typically 100 to 250 pieces. We hold digitized embroidery files for two years, which removes the digitizing charge on every reorder.
