Quantity pricing
The more you run, the less each one costs
Setup is fixed and spreads across the run, which is why crossing a tier can lower your total even though you are buying more. Pick a quantity to start a quote at that tier.

Tiers marked Under $500 fall below our order minimum on their own. That is not a problem — the $500 minimum is per order, not per item, so most people reach it by combining a few items or moving up a tier. Tell us what the whole order looks like and we will price it together.
One-time digitizing charge. Your stitch file is kept two years, so reorders carry none. Unit prices are for a one-position, one-colour imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colours, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Need a quantity between tiers, or above the top one? Ask and we will price it.
About this item
Woven Polyester Lanyard
Woven versus printed – the difference that matters
There are two ways to get a logo onto a lanyard and they age very differently. Screen printing lays ink on top of the webbing. It is cheaper, it handles fine detail, and after a few weeks of a badge rubbing against it the ink wears through at the contact points. Dye sublimation drives the dye into the polyester fibers themselves. The color becomes part of the material. It cannot crack, peel or rub off, and the reverse side carries the same artwork rather than being blank.
For a three-day conference either works. For staff who wear the lanyard every day for two years, sublimation is the only one that still looks like your brand at the end.
Width changes what you can print
Three-eighths inch is the thin economy width and fits a single line of small text. Five-eighths is the common event width. Three-quarter inch is the standard here and is where a logo with a wordmark starts to read cleanly at arm’s length. One inch is for full-color artwork, sponsor rows, or anything that has to be legible across a room.
Send us the artwork before you commit to a width. A logo that works on a business card frequently does not survive being squeezed into a 15mm strip.
Hardware is where cheap lanyards fail
The webbing almost never breaks. The attachment does. Specify it deliberately:
Swivel J-hook is the default and suits vinyl badge holders. Bulldog clip grips thicker cards and plastic ID directly without a holder. Split ring is for keys and USB drives, not badges – it wears a hole in cardstock.
Breakaway safety clasp separates under load. Schools, hospitals, warehouses and most industrial sites require it, and a growing number of corporate insurers do too. If there is any chance the lanyard goes somewhere with moving machinery, order breakaway. It costs almost nothing and it is the one spec people regret skipping.
Ordering
Lanyards are event infrastructure – they are usually ordered last and needed first, so build in more lead time than feels necessary. We cover up to 3% spoilage and keep artwork on file for two years, which matters here because most clients reorder every event cycle.

Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. Give us the in-hands date first and we will tell you honestly whether it lands — before you commit to anything.
