Tiers marked Under $500 fall below our order minimum on their own. That is not a problem — the $500 minimum is per order, not per item, so most people reach it by combining a few items or moving up a tier. Tell us what the whole order looks like and we will price it together.

Unit prices are for a one-position, one-colour imprint and are confirmed on your written quote — extra colours, extra positions, PMS matching and freight are quoted with the job. Event Tote Bag (Delegate)
What this bag is for
The delegate tote is the bag conference organizers hand out at registration. It has one job: carry a program, a notebook, a water bottle and whatever exhibitors hand over, without splitting before lunch. Laminated non-woven polypropylene does that at a price that works when you are buying for every attendee.
Why laminated rather than plain non-woven
Plain non-woven is the cheapest tote material made, and it looks it — the surface is matte, fibrous, and scuffs grey where it rubs. The lamination adds a thin gloss film over the same substrate. Three things change: the print becomes sharp and photographic instead of slightly absorbed, the bag wipes clean when someone puts a coffee cup in it, and it holds its shape on a table rather than slumping.
Decoration
Full-color transfer is the standard method here and it is the reason to pick this bag over a canvas one. The lamination accepts a full-bleed, photographic print across the whole panel, and a fourteen-color design costs the same as a one-color design. On screen-printed canvas, every additional color adds a screen and a setup charge.
Screen print is available and is the cheaper route if your artwork is genuinely one or two flat colors and the quantity is high.
What to check before you order
The front zip pocket is the feature attendees actually use — phone, badge, hotel key. Confirm it is a real zip and not a hook-and-loop flap, because the cheap versions substitute.
Gusset depth determines whether the bag stands up when loaded. A flat tote holds paper and nothing else.
If the bag is being shipped to a venue rather than to you, tell us the delivery date and the receiving contact. Venue loading docks refuse deliveries outside their window and the bags end up in a warehouse charging storage.

Orders start at $500. We cover up to 3% spoilage on every run and keep your artwork on file for two years, so a repeat event carries no setup charge.
